All Nine ("All Nine", "we", "us") provides this service and is the data controller for the personal information described here. This means we decide how and why your information is used to run the app.

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run All Nine for you:

• Account details (such as your email and login credentials) — to create your account and sign you in.
• Team information you enter (player names, jersey numbers, lineups, games, and stats) — to provide the coaching and stats features.
• Support messages you send us — to answer your questions.
• Basic usage and device information (such as IP address and app activity) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the app.

We rely on performing our contract with you (to provide the service), our legitimate interests (to keep the app secure and improve it), your consent where required, and legal obligations as the basis for using this information.

Protecting youth player information

Player information is private to the coach who owns the team and to the parents or players they invite. Families only see stats after a coach chooses to share them. We do not sell player information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that host and operate the app on our behalf (such as cloud hosting and support tools).
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for processing sales, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights and choices

You can edit or remove your team's information at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Where the law provides them, you also have rights to restrict or object to certain uses, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.

Security and cookies

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the app working; you can manage cookies in your browser settings.
