Who you're contracting with
All Nine ("All Nine", "we", "us") provides this service. By creating an account or continuing to use All Nine, you agree to these Terms. If you're using All Nine on behalf of a team or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.
Using All Nine
All Nine helps youth baseball and softball coaches build lineups, track stats, and share information with families. You agree to use the app for its intended purpose, to keep your login details confidential, and to provide accurate information.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes not using it unlawfully, not committing fraud or sending spam, not infringing anyone's intellectual property, and not interfering with security (no malware, probing, scraping, or attempts to access other teams' data).
Your team's information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the rosters, games, and stats you enter, and for only inviting parents and players who should have access to a child's information. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service. You can remove access at any time from your team's Invite Parents & Players screen.
Our intellectual property
All Nine and its software, design, and branding remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent the technical limits of the service.
Plans, payments, and refunds
Your first three games per team are free. Paid plans unlock unlimited games and full reports. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
Service availability
We work hard to keep All Nine running, but we can't guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using All Nine and ask us to delete your account at any time.
